Who We Are
Happy Hockey (HH) Organization is a community-based field hockey program that aims to use the sport to inspire our youth to be more confident, be better teammates, and instill a variety of leadership qualities using an experience-based curriculum. In turn, HH will work to increase the sport's exposure in a healthy, happy, and harmonious environment.
Our organization recruits the most passionate and influential individuals and entities to help deliver programming and provide a supportive structure for all interested hosts. |

Our People
Keli Smith Puzo, Founder of Happy Hockey - Keli is a two-time Olympian and former member of the USA Women's National Team with nearly ten years of experience on the national team. She represented Team USA in the Beijing Olympics (2008) and London Olympics (2012). Keli holds a USAFH Level 2 Coaching certification, and brings a wealth of coaching knowledge from her experience coaching at the college and club levels.
The creation of The Happy Hockey Organzation is culmination of Keli's personal experiences as an athlete, a youth field hockey and soccer coach, and a mother helping her boys navigate the pressures of adolescence. Keli currently resides in Oxford, OH with her husband and Head Coach at Miami University, Inako, and their two boys, Xavi and Ian.

Hannah Lipton (Boyer), Happy Hockey Coach - Hannah is a former Big Ten NCAA Division I student-athlete from Indiana University. Hannah previously served as an assistant coach with Sacred Heart University, and has since spent several years coaching club field hockey in the Columbus, OH area. Hannah holds a USAFH Level 2 coaching certification, and is involved in coaching with the USA Field Hockey Futures Program. Hannah is passionate about growing the game of field hockey in Ohio, and also, nationwide!
